Reputation and hope
Florian Haller, CEO of the Serviceplan Group, on the occasion of the anniversary edition of TWELVE: "In these times of profound and rapid change, we want to look ahead with TWELVE and think 15, 20 years ahead with current developments in the communications industry, as well as in our world. How will artificial intelligence have changed marketing, but also our daily lives, by then? What strategies and technologies will shape brand communications? How will we work, and in what environment? And: What prerequisites must we create to ensure that the digital future is the one we like to live in? We discussed these questions and more with leading figures over the course of 2018, and what TWELVE stands for today."
