Bayer invites the French to dialogue with Serviceplan Health & Life
To better explain the nature of its activities and commitments, Bayer France is launching "Unis par nos défis" (United by our challenges), a corporate communications campaign designed by ServiceplanHealth & Life, to be published in print and digital media from February 1. The campaign is part of an approach based on openness and dialogue with the French people, made concrete by the exchange and discussion platform unisparnosdefis.fr.
Every day, Bayer's 3,200 employees in France devote themselves to finding sustainable and innovative solutions to meet society's health and food needs, with the aim of protecting people and crops on a daily basis.
Working to better treat disease and preserve health, improve well-being, and protect crops from disease and pests, the men and women of Bayer are also citizens who share the same aspirations as the French in terms of health, food and the environment. To give visual expression to this idea, the new campaign features face-to-face portraits of French people and Bayer France employees talking in unison, as they face the same challenges: reducing the use of pesticides and the impact on the environment, providing better treatment for heart disease, overcoming the fear of cancer...
The campaign signature - "United by our challenges" - expresses a more global approach to dialogue with the French people, made concrete by the unisparnosdefis.fr exchange and discussion platform. Via this site, the French can now find information about Bayer, but also ask the company questions. Bayer is committed to answering the public's questions about its activities and the social issues in which it is involved.
Lise Lemonnier, Head of Communications at Bayer France, in charge of the Group's social commitment, explains: "This initiative, which is part of an approach based on openness and transparency, highlights our employees who, each in their own field, embody the meaning and usefulness of our actions. Through this campaign, we want to listen to our fellow citizens and their expectations, and better explain our commitments to health and agriculture".
Benjamin Chevrier, Director of ServiceplanHealth & Life, adds: "Given the lack of proximity between Bayer and the general public, our strategic approach and creative mechanics consisted in revealing these aspirations, these common concerns that link the French to Bayer employees, both by bringing them to the fore and by giving them a voice. A campaign at people's level, whose primary vocation is exchange and sharing, whether on environmental or health issues".
The campaign will be visible in the national daily press, regional daily press and magazine press, and will be distributed according to a digital media plan. It will also be broadcast on the LinkedIn social network.
All Bayer's commitments can be found on the website unisparnosdefis.fr.
