Thibault D'Herbomez joins House of Communication France as Development Director.
Thibault d'Herbomez, 40, sales developer and expert in digital advertising, data and programmatic, joins House of Communication France as Development Director. Previously Sales Director France at Travel Audience by Amadeus, Thibault d'Herbomez will contribute to expanding the advertiser portfolio of House of Communication France and its agencies Serviceplan, Plan.Net and Mediaplus, a mission entrusted to him by Carole Giroud, President of House of Communication France.
A 2005 graduate of ESC Reims (Bachelor in Commerce) and the University of Ottawa (Canada), and holder of a Diplôme d'Études Supérieures Européennes de Management from CESEM Reims, Thibault d'Herbomez began his career at Nextradio TV in 2005, where he worked with media agencies to market digital performance offers, display, special operations and dedicated content within editorial sites, both for exclusively digital systems and for multi-media systems integrating the group's other media, magazines, radio and TV. He joined France Télévision Publicité in 2008 as Account Director, working with leading agencies such as Havas, Publicis and Omnicom, as well as their advertisers. He will develop and deploy multi-media operations in collaboration with the sales teams in charge of the TV division and the program production teams. He joined Hi-Media France in 2010 as Account Director in charge of Business Development for Publicis Group agencies and their advertisers. There he successfully developed the new performance offering, enabling a rebalancing of the sales structure towards branding/performance parity, and set up special operations for major accounts such as L'Oréal, Lactalis, Warner and Bethesda.
In 2013, he joined the InMobi teams as Deputy Sales Director France, to develop a new sales division bringing together leading agencies such as Publicis, GroupM, and Omnicom. He will be involved in drawing up and implementing the development strategy in France, setting up new reporting and performance monitoring tools, and negotiating and executing national and international agreements with key accounts, both agencies and advertisers.
Since 2017, Thibault d'Herbomez had held the position of Sales Director France at Travel Audience (an Amadeus Group company), where he opened the French office. This enabled him to develop sales with media agencies and direct advertisers, both in France and internationally, by implementing a customer diversification strategy and developing new commercial offers (video, packaging, performance), as well as research and data partnerships.
