TWELVE

War in Ukraine, energy crisis, inflation, recession: it would have been impossible to imagine the current situation a year ago. Yet managing the speed at which our world is changing is the greatest economic challenge of our time. But speed is also a key success factor, now and in the years to come. The central theme of the ninth issue of TWELVE, Serviceplan Group's magazine dedicated to brands, media and communication, is therefore: "Speed! The winning factor in the digital age". TWELVE is becoming a benchmark annual review for the brand, media and communications sector, not least thanks to guest authors such as Joachim Gauck, Sascha Lobo, Dr. Jens Thiemer, Marianne Bullwinkel, Ana Ivanović and Bastian Schweinsteiger, as well as the artistic design by internationally renowned artist photographer Thomas Ruff.

TWELVE or total art

Digitization is driving meteoric change - in the art world too.To highlight the main theme of this issue in the artistic conception of the magazine, this year Serviceplan Group decided to work with internationally renowned artist photographer Thomas Ruff. His unique blend of aesthetic worldviews and ultra-modern digital technologies leaves no viewer indifferent. The result is a magazine-catalogue that innovatively combines editorial content and artistic creation. The two categories are clearly distinct from a visual point of view. The magazine section, consisting of twelve chapters, remains in black and white, while the artistic sections of the catalog, spread throughout TWELVE, are in color.

Florian Haller, CEO of Serviceplan Group: "We live in an age of high speed. Brands must embody safety, reliability and solidity, but also be agile enough to adapt to changing situations. I also believe that one of our Group's missions is to remain at the cutting edge of current affairs, whether in terms of corporate culture, new technological developments or digital transformation.

The common thread running through this inspiring issue of TWELVE is the understanding that digitization is not only the main driver of this rapid evolution, but also the most important tool for keeping up with it".
