For the second year running, Serviceplan is certified as a "Great Place to Work"! 

2023 ends on a high note for Serviceplan. From December 2023 to December 2024, the House of Communication in Brussels is once again certified as a "Great Place to Work" for the second year running.

Great Place to Work® makes it easy for companies to survey their employees, reveal actionable data and be recognised for excellence in corporate culture. Their goal? To help build a better world by helping organisations become Great Places to Work for everyone. 

In November, Serviceplan invited its employees to complete an anonymous online survey comprising 60 questions about their work experience. 70% of responses were required to achieve a score of 4 or 5 out of 5. With a 79% participation rate, they easily reached the minimum number of participants required for the ranking to be valid.

When the results were revealed, Serviceplan discovered that it had achieved an impressive score of 84% for the "Great Place to Work" criterion, and a score of 78% for all the questions in the survey.   

The agency scored better than last year in 90% of the categories, and achieved the best results in the justice, intimacy and community categories. These measure the promotion of inclusive and anti-discriminatory behaviour by management, the enjoyment people feel towards their colleagues, and the fact that they can rely on them and see them as a 'family' or 'team'.
