The Italian multinational is transforming the access control industry by introducing a virtual assistant powered by artificial intelligence and interactive maps, making navigation even simpler and more intuitive.

Developed in collaboration with the digital agency Plan.Net, part of the House of Communication, and following extensive research involving multiple teams, the company has significantly enhanced both interaction and navigation on its website.
The new AI chatbot has been designed to ensure simplicity and speed in asking questions and receiving answers about access products and solutions. It shortens response times for frequently asked questions and provides support in five languages (Italian, English, French, German, and Spanish), enabling immediate access to information. Thanks to the integration of advanced custom GPT models that simulate human-like responses, users can receive precise details and engage with the website in a more natural way. All of this is implemented with a focus on user feedback and data protection, in full compliance with GDPR standards.

Organic traffic has also seen remarkable growth, more than doubling compared to the same period last year.
