Lufthansa and Serviceplan launch the next chapter of #AllColorsOnBoard in Italy
30.04.2025
Following the successful launch of #AllColorsOnBoard last year, Lufthansa is taking the next step in its commitment to the LGBTQIA+ community with a brand-new content series in Italy. The platform brings together all Lufthansa activities that celebrate and support diversity and inclusion – not only during Pride Month but throughout the entire year, both internally and in society.
The new web series, #AllColorsOnBoard With, gives a platform to queer voices and stories. In four ten-minute episodes, host Guglielmo Scilla meets leading figures from Italy’s LGBTQIA+ community: Stephanie Glitter (make-up artist), Salvatore Izzo (interior designer), Lorenzo Seghezzi (fashion designer), and Francesca Vecchioni (expert in inclusive language). Together, they explore topics such as identity, self-expression, and the freedom to be yourself.
“With #AllColorsOnBoard, we’re not just celebrating diversity – we’re creating a stage for voices that deserve to be seen, heard and valued,” says Michael Knapp, Head of Marketing Europe, Middle East, and Africa, Lufthansa Group. “We believe exceptional journeys begin with trust and the right partners – not only when we fly, but also in our commitment to a more open and inclusive society.”
The series was conceived and produced jointly by Serviceplan Munich and Serviceplan Italy, building on the strategic foundation of the platform and tailoring it specifically to the Italian market.
The launch is accompanied by a wide-reaching digital campaign, featuring teasers on Freeda and Gay.it, and short video content on Spotify, YouTube, and the talents’ social media channels. Starting April 14, the episodes will be released bi-weekly on Lufthansa’s dedicated Italian landing page, “Tutti i Colori a Bordo”, as well as on Guglielmo Scilla’s YouTube channel.
