“Explore More”: Innovation Day 2026 invites guests to actively shape the future

Innovation Day, hosted by the partners Serviceplan Group, Ad Alliance, REPUBLIC, The Trade Desk, Samsung Ads, Salesforce, contentful and Amazon Ads, brings together decision-makers from business, media and politics at its 22nd edition on 15 October at the House of Communication Munich to discover new perspectives and actively help shape the future.

Under the guiding theme “Explore More”, the programme invites guests to try out new things and understand setbacks as learning opportunities. The focus is on the question of how brands can boldly seize opportunities, shape transformation and drive the future through action. Alongside visionary talks by international speakers on the Morning Stage, masterclasses offer practice-oriented insights, exchange and impulses for innovative marketing strategies.

On the Morning Stage, guests can expect visionary and inspiring talks by high-profile international speakers:

To kick off Innovation Day 2026, Matthew Griffin, founder of the 311 Institute and advisor to G7 and G20 leaders, will show us how emerging trends can be transformed into real business impact, sustainable competitive advantages and future growth opportunities.

Dr Florence Gaub, military strategist, future expert and Research Director at the NATO Defense College, will break down global security dynamics and geopolitical shifts and explain what they mean for decision-making in this environment.

Working at the forefront of AI innovation, Tobias Peyerl, Head of Strategic Intelligence and Analysis at OpenAI, will offer thought-provoking insights into the changing relationship between technology, business and society, and explain how leaders can harness AI’s extraordinary potential to drive meaningful impact in a rapidly changing world. Judith Wittwer, Editor-in-Chief of Süddeutsche Zeitung, will lead the panel discussion with Peyerl.

Shifting the focus from global developments to cultural relevance, the Elevator Boys – who have built one of Europe’s most engaged Gen Z communities with more than 48 million followers worldwide – will share how digital influence can evolve into scalable businesses, impactful brand collaborations and lasting cultural impact.
