Serviceplan is happy to announce that Nona Broekaert has joined the team as the new Creative Operations Manager. With a solid background in streamlining creative processes, managing workflows, and enhancing team dynamics, Nona is set to play a key role in helping the agency reach its goals.

Nona comes to Serviceplan after a rewarding time at Indiandribble, where she started as a Project and Account Manager before advancing to People and Operations Manager. In these roles, she was crucial in managing complex workflows, improving processes, and overseeing budgets for various projects. 

In her new role, Nona will focus on refining operational processes within the creative team, which Philippe Fas will lead as Executive Creative Director starting in September. Together, they aim to boost collaboration and drive innovation across the agency.
