Serviceplan Make delivers a fully integrated, multi-brand EOY content for L’Oréal Group Benelux

For the 2025 Holiday season, Serviceplan Make developed a fully integrated, multi-brand content ecosystem for L’Oréal Group Benelux, covering skincare, fragrance, haircare and luxury beauty. Mobilising its full cross-media capabilities, the agency delivered a cohesive, premium and scalable Holiday presence across Belgium and the Netherlands.

The team produced a wide range of static and print materials, including ribbons, wobblers, posters, gifting bars, shelf displays and retailer-specific adaptations for Douglas, Inno and local perfumeries. Festive illustrations, seasonal cosmetic elements, mall visuals and hero product compositions were developed, supported by high-end retouching across packshots, bottles, textures and metallic gifting objects, all while preserving each brand’s identity.  

Motion and video production formed another core pillar. Serviceplan Make adapted global creative into high-performing local content for retail screens, social media, online video and in-store loops. Localisation included subtitles, supers, French and Dutch headlines, mandatory claims, tailored color grading and high-volume export workflows, ensuring consistent storytelling across all touchpoints.

The agency also brought the campaign to life through an immersive phygital experience at Westfield. Serviceplan Make designed the spatial concept and floorplan of the pop-up, blending 3D modelling, retail storytelling and seamless execution. The result was a curated, multi-brand Holiday universe where visitors could explore key launches, enhanced by digital integrations such as QR-based bookings.

This End-of-Year ecosystem required extensive linguistic adaptations, multi-format exports, retailer-specific versions and multi-SKU variations. By uniting 2D craft, 3D-retail design, motion adaptation and experiential activation within unified workflows, Serviceplan Make reinforced its position as a leader in high-volume, premium content production for L’Oréal Group Benelux. Bringing ambitious brand worlds to life in a cohesive and scalable way.
