The creative signature of Goodmind behind the "Funivia delle Mele"
24.11.2025
Turin, 24 November 2025 — Melinda inaugurated la Funivia delle Mele, in the presence of Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni and Minister of Agriculture Francesco Lollobrigida. They were accompanied by Ernesto Seppi, President of the Melinda Consortium, who guided them through a tour of the innovative facility.
A unique project worldwide: the first cable car dedicated to fruit transport, designed to combine logistical efficiency and sustainability. The system connects the processing hall to the underground storage cells, where apples are kept, reducing road traffic and environmental impact.
“Apples in the Sky”: the Goodmind concept
The strategic concept of the initiative – “Apples in the Sky” – was created by the strategic design agency Goodmind, part of the House of Communication, which shaped the idea into a brand: “Apples in the Sky, la funivia delle mele.”
The visual identity developed by Goodmind enhances the harmony between the territory, orchards, and alpine wildlife: apples suspended in a mountain landscape that simply and proudly reflect the beauty of a product born from a land carefully preserved.
Cable car design: visual storytelling
The cable car cabins have been transformed into narrative stages.
Each tells a story: of product, values, places, people. It is a symbolic journey through the Melinda imagery, celebrating agricultural tradition and the commitment of cooperative families, turning the facility into a moving story.
Value and perspectives
For Prime Minister Meloni, the Funivia delle Mele represents “agriculture with vision, able to enhance its own roots” through a sustainable and excellent model.
President Ernesto Seppi recalled that the project, completed in two years, testifies to the strength of Made in Italy and the resilience of Trentino cooperation, which continues to invest in quality and the future, without losing sight of the path traced by tradition
