To amplify its presence at the 2025 Brussels Motor Show, BMW Belux partnered with us to create a fully immersive 360° virtual stand, allowing users to discover the brand’s latest models and Joy Deals offers anytime, anywhere. 

The Challenge


Extend event reach beyond the physical show

BMW Belux wanted to open up its Motor Show presence to a wider audience, beyond the event visitors. The goal: offer an engaging, seamless online experience that showcased all new models, while supporting lead generation and driving traffic during the “Joy Deals” campaign, all under extremely tight deadlines.

The Solution


A fast, immersive 360° virtual experience

We created the Brussels Motor Show Virtual Tour, a fully interactive 360° experience integrated into the BMW website. Users could explore the stand, view interior/exterior images, check configurations and prices, request a quote, or book a test drive, all online. 

Despite tight timing (1 day to shoot, 48 hours to go live), the platform delivered a smooth, responsive, multilingual experience, with a simple CMS and integrated analytics for real-time insights.
