For its 10th anniversary, serviceplan group strengthens its management

On the occasion of its tenth anniversary, Serviceplan Group celebrates a decade of success and innovation within its House of Communication in Brussels. Over the years, our agencies have evolved from challengers to game changers in the market, redefining industry standards.

Since its establishment in 2014, Serviceplan Group has seen remarkable expansion, both in terms of team, with more than 120 permanent employees, and in financial results, displaying a turnover of more than 52 million euros and a gross margin of nearly 13 million euros for the last fiscal year. To sustain this growth and consolidate its leadership position, our Brussels entity is proud to announce the integration of two new executives into its executive committee, as well as strategic internal evolutions.

Sylvie De Couvreur, previously Director of Client Services within our House of Communication, has been promoted to the position of General Manager of Serviceplan. In her new role, she will coordinate strategy and creation, in addition to managing client relationships.

Melissa Bekaert, former head of 'The Marcom Engine' project, a strategic collaboration between Serviceplan, Media.Monks & Berylls for BMW Group in 26 countries, now takes on the role of General Manager of Plan.Net. Her expertise in digital transformation and data-centric strategies, gained from working with renowned clients such as BMW and MINI, will greatly enrich our offering.

Monia Kayila, General Manager of Serviceplan Make for a decade, steps up to the position of Managing Partner. This promotion is accompanied by the ambition to expand our creative production capacity through the upcoming opening of near and off-shoring offices, aiming for increased competitiveness.

Enzo Ricciulli, Managing Partner of Mediaplus, extends his scope of action within Mediaplus International, following the successful integration of Mediascale, the group's former data and programmatic agency. His innovative approach, utilizing data enhanced by AI, positions Mediaplus as a true innovator in the media sector, both nationally and internationally.

Nancy Delhalle, co-founder of the agency and current Chief Operations Officer, continues to oversee corporate communication, business development, and human resources management.

Marc Vlieghe, Chief Financial Officer, completes this dynamic leadership team, ensuring the financial stability of our House of Communication in Brussels.

Peter Vande Graveele, CEO of Serviceplan Group Belux, expresses his satisfaction and optimism for the future, highlighting the significant contribution of our expanded management in Brussels. The entrepreneurial culture of Serviceplan attracts exceptional talent, promoting internal evolution and diversity within our leadership.
