Serviceplan introduces ALDI’s new loyalty programme to the public

Sint-Pieters-Woluwe, 17/11/2025 – Discount retailer ALDI has launched a loyalty programme across all its stores in Belgium. For the campaign, ALDI partnered with Serviceplan Group, its long-standing creative agency.

ALDI rolled out its new loyalty program in all Belgian stores. Serviceplan handled the creative campaign for both the test phase (in the West Flanders region and the north of Hainaut) and the national launch.

The campaign presents the loyalty program while highlighting the benefits for customers. With every purchase, shoppers collect ALDI points that can be redeemed for free products or discounts, helping them save even more on their shopping baskets.

With this campaign, the brand signals a clear evolution. It introduces a new digital customer experience at the discounter, focusing on smart savings and ease of use. Thanks to the app, ALDI can engage more closely with its customers and meet their daily needs, offering digital coupons, shopping lists, weekly deals and receipts all in one place.

The campaign was developed in collaboration with Wavemaker, BOA and Sonhouse. A visual approach specific to this campaign was created within the brand’s visual identity and applied across all touchpoints: OOH, TV, bumper ads, digital assets, radio, POS, print, social media and “how-to” videos (produced by BOA).
