NASSIRA RIAD JOINS SERVICEPLAN GROUP BELUX AS HR MANAGER

Serviceplan Group Belux is pleased to welcome Nassira Riad as HR Manager. Nassira joins House of Communication with a strong background in human resources, talent management, and employee development, reinforcing the agency’s people-first culture and growth ambitions.

Prior to joining Serviceplan Group Belux, Nassira held the role of HR Business Partner at Select Group, where she supported business leaders across recruitment, performance management, wellbeing, and skills development. Earlier in her career, she worked as Talent Acquisition Specialist in Data & BI at Sopra Steria, gaining solid expertise in IT recruitment, employer branding, and strategic sourcing within complex organizational environments. 

Her professional journey also includes experience in HR consulting and social care, bringing a human-centered approach to leadership, conflict management, and employee integration. Nassira combines operational HR expertise with a strong focus on coaching, wellbeing, and team development.

In her role as HR Manager at Serviceplan Group Belux, Nassira will oversee HR strategy and operations across House of Communication, supporting talent growth, employer branding initiatives, and fostering an inclusive and collaborative workplace.
