Neutromed chooses transparency and delicacy for its brand repositioning as an expert in sensitive skin, collaborating with Serviceplan Italia after the rebranding.
Milan, 24 march 2025 – The protection you have always sought for your sensitive skin. In a market where products for sensitive skin are often communicated in a technical way, Neutromed presents its dermatological expertise as a simple and reassuring daily care gesture.
The message is based on one of the brand's key traits: transparency. With the clarity of the formula and the sincerity of the brand, it offers protection that respects the skin and builds trust, without compromise.
The soundtrack, tone of voice, and key visuals are designed to evoke the effect that Neutromed's new formulas have on sensitive skin. It tells the story of a transparent sphere that caresses and soothes every curve and fold of the body, adapting to the movements and needs of each individual.
The campaign, launching on March 23 with the hero product Neutromed Intimo Lenitivo, and from July 2025 with the new Neutromed Bagnodoccia Hydraboost Ialuronico, was supervised by VA Consulting as Advisor.
