Milan, October 22, 2025 – Yesterday, the House of Communication in Milan hosted the first edition of “Service Day 2025,” an event promoted by the Italian-German Chamber of Commerce (AHK Italien) dedicated to the evolution of digital services in the B2B world.

An afternoon of discussion among experts, companies, and institutions to analyze the sector’s new challenges: how to meet increasingly demanding clients, leverage emerging technologies, and rethink business strategies in the era of artificial intelligence.

“With Service Day we want to highlight the role of services as a driver of competitiveness and innovation for Italian-German companies. In a context where artificial intelligence and digital transformation are redefining business models, dialogue between companies becomes essential to develop new models and seize opportunities for growth and collaboration,” said Jörg Buck, CEO of the Italian-German Chamber of Commerce (AHK Italien).

Among the speakers, Domenico Genovese, Managing Director of Plan.Net Italia, a martech agency that is part of the House of Communication, explored the theme “AI & Beyond: Rethinking Marketing and Organizations in the Era of Digital Transformation,” showing how artificial intelligence is redefining marketing processes, work organization, and the relationship between brands and customers.

The event concluded with an aperitif, confirming the House of Communication as the ideal meeting place for companies.

The House of Communication in Milan offers its exhibition spaces and event rooms for meetings, workshops, and corporate initiatives.
