Challenge
Before our collaboration, L'Oréal Group (home of brands such as L'Oréal Paris, Garnier, Maybelline New York, NYX Professional Make Up etc.) faced significant challenges with rigid procedures and an array of agencies working independently. This setup created silos that hindered the smooth integration of media campaigns. The disjointed structure led to operational inefficiencies and a dilution of the brand's message across various channels.
The Mission - Elevating the content production to new efficiency and quality standards
Solution
Partnering with L'Oréal, the mission of Serviceplan Make was to revolutionize their below-the-line (BTL) production, integrating streamlined workflows for enhanced efficiency. We aimed to simplify the entire process from briefing to delivery, providing clear insights into tasks, project volume, stakeholders, and costs. Successfully managing over 5,500 projects annually across 35 brands in two countries, we transformed production, fostering collaboration among stakeholders. Through this unified approach, we achieved improved quality, consistency, and cost-effectiveness, setting new standards in marketing success.
The Scope
Our collaboration was focused on adapting and transcreating L'Oréal's below-the-line content production materials for the Benelux market. Our yearly scope represents more than 5.500 project by year, consisting of the following assets:
