Bpost / Landmark Global – Ecosystem UX Redesign
Landmark Global, part of bpostgroup, wanted to clarify and elevate its Partner Ecosystem online. We redesigned the full UX journey within their existing website, improving structure, visual impact, and user understanding.
The Challenge
Make a complex value chain clear and engaging
Landmark Global needed to revisualise and streamline how their full Partner Ecosystem and 10-step value chain were presented online. The goal: help users better understand the process, while staying within existing website constraints and brand identity.
The Solution
Smart structure meets clean design
Through a collaborative wireframing workshop, we defined the content architecture, UX flows, and copy needs.
From there, we delivered a refreshed UI/UX redesign, proposing multiple color schemes aligned with brand guidelines.
A highlight of the project: an interactive key visual that clearly maps out the 10 steps in the Landmark Global value chain, turning complexity into clarity.
