Serviceplan crafted a user experience that feels as intuitive as it is warm. Whether you're booking a dog walker, browsing vet tips, or sharing your pet’s latest adventure, the platform makes it easy and emotional.

Custom illustrations and a soft, engaging graphic identity create a familiar, comforting environment that speaks directly to pet lovers.

Tech that works behind the scenes
From front end to back end, Serviceplan developed the entire platform in-house. The result is a smooth, secure, and scalable product that supports everything from user registration to online payments.

Serviceplan also integrated ad serving capabilities and a services marketplace into the platform, making it easy for users to find, book, and pay trusted pet professionals in just a few clicks.

Launching with heart
To launch the platform, Serviceplan imagined MoPETS Love Stories, a campaign filled with romance, humor, and pets. Inspired by classic romantic movie clichés, the spots put our furry friends at the center of the story.

Launched around Valentine’s Day, the campaign ran across TV, social media, and digital platforms, presenting MoPETS not just as a platform, but a love letter to the human-animal bond.
