To mark International Women's Day on 8 March, the House of Communication Vienna transformed itself into the House of D,E&I and hosted a lecture by marketing and communications expert Nina Alice Bauregger, followed by a panel discussion (in German language).
Sarah Nemec, Creative Strategist and D,E&I Ambassador, added: "Our vision is to create an open House of Communication where everyone is welcome. To ensure this, we have been taking regular measures for more than three years. Starting with an annual survey to gauge the mood, unconscious bias training, a D,E&I Breakfast Club with representatives from all agencies who meet regularly to drive projects forward, measures around Pride Month including participation in Vienna Pride as a "House of Love" and the now also annual "House of D,E&I" event."
