Start of the event series on the major AI focus at the House of Communication Vienna
27.02.2025
On February 24, 2025, the AI focus was launched at the House of Communication Vienna. As the first part of a series of events, there was an event on the concrete application possibilities of AI solutions in everyday marketing. The invitation from Wien Nord Serviceplan, Mediaplus Austria and Plan.Net Austria was accepted by marketing decision-makers from leading Austrian companies who wanted to get to the bottom of the question: What concrete solutions does AI already make possible today? What is immediately feasible and useful for my use cases? How are AI agents changing everyday (communication) life for customers, but also within companies?
The first part of the interactive event focused on the fundamental classification of the importance of AI for marketing organizations. In the second part, case studies from the production sector were presented: from the AI-controlled adaptation of existing assets to the complete re-creation of campaigns. The third and final part explored the possibilities that “AI agents” bring to the marketing world and how the use of collaborating AI agents can redesign entire communication processes.
Sebastian Bayer, HOC Lead Vienna and CEO of Serviceplan Group Austria: “Brand and marketing managers tell us that the potential of AI for our industry is currently the most burning issue for them. The main focus is now on leveraging efficiency potential in terms of speed and costs, but also on improving workflows that would simply not have been possible in the past. As a Group, we are investing a lot of time, money and energy to be the best possible companion for our customers on their journey into the future of communication. If you look at what we can already do today in the context of AI, you can see that this effort is paying off!”
