HOC Vienna workshop: “Because attitude counts - respect, diversity, clarity for the (working) world of tomorrow.”

25.03.2025

After last year's focus on sexism was all about raising awareness internally, this year we looked outside the company: What happens when our values as an organization clash with controversial attitudes, like when we notice sexist and/or discriminatory behavior from clients or at industry events?

Together with Nina Alice Bauregger and Michael Hagelmüller, we examined conflict situations in which boundaries were crossed and jointly developed initial ideas on how to act professionally without compromising our own convictions.

This marked the start of an internal process involving management, executives, and colleagues to define how and where we can draw boundaries and who is responsible in which situations—with the goal of creating a resilient and respectful work environment.
