What will YOU do as Hybrid Channel Intern?
Are you passionate about media, advertising, and the ever-evolving world of marketing? Are you looking for an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic media agency environment? If so, our Offline Media Internship might be the perfect fit for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in Media Planning: Collaborate with the offline media team to assist in developing media plans and strategies for clients. This includes conducting research, analyzing data, and identifying opportunities for reaching target audiences through traditional media channels such as print, TV, radio, and out-of-home advertising but also for their digital counterparts.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to gather insights that inform media planning decisions. Stay updated on industry trends, audience behavior, and emerging offline media opportunities.
- Campaign Execution: Support the team in executing offline media campaigns by coordinating with media vendors, handling logistics, and ensuring that campaigns are delivered according to schedule and budget.
- Media Buying Assistance: Assist in the negotiation and procurement of media placements, ensuring cost-effective and strategic media buys for clients.
- Data Analysis: Help gather and analyze data related to campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Reporting: Generate reports and presentations summarizing campaign results, media performance, and key findings for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the offline media team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining files, and organizing documentation.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong passion for media and advertising with a desire to learn about traditional media channels.
- Excellent communication (FR and/or NL + EN is a plus) and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to work with data and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute in a fast-paced team environment.
