Serviceplan Group is pleased to announce the arrival of its new HR manager Caroline Amlacher
Caroline will be contributing to the development of Serviceplan’s HR practices regarding a large variety of topics. Not only will she oversee recruitment as well as ensuring a smooth and welcoming onboarding for newcomers, but she will also make sure that the House of Communication is a safe space in which employees can thrive and feel heard. Indeed, due to Caroline’s international background, promoting diversity and inclusion in the work environment is particularly crucial to her.
Her mission also entails providing support to our employees in their career development, ensuring that their motivations align with their performance goals, and that they have all resources available to them to achieve those. Employee satisfaction will be another one of her priorities, to promote a feedback culture and make sure we keep our Great Place To Work label.
