Is it possible to work in cross-functional teams and be agile in marketing and communication? The answer is YES, at least if our Johanna has her way. She will guide you through concrete examples from the somewhat chaotic reality of communication and show you how tools, processes and structures can bring order to the chaos. You will also gain insights into roles, responsibilities and how changes in working methods actually affect the work group you are trying to get going. The session will be held in Swedish.
