About the session (will be held in swedish)
We all know that feedback is important. But how do you make it a natural part of everyday work life? In this session, we'll talk about how you, as a leader, can start building a feedback culture that actually works – even in meeting-heavy, slightly stressful, multitasking organisations. You'll get 9 simple steps to kickstart the conversation, spiced with concrete examples from our own journey in the subject. Understandable, buzzword-free and packaged so you can start using it right away, whether you're leading three people or an entire zoo. The session will be held in Swedish.
