The aim is to strengthen the bond between C&A and its customers while promoting the new outerwear collection. The campaign aims to encourage customers to present themselves and C&A's fashion in a confident and authentic way. At the same time, it aims to demonstrate the new brand message, ‘You do you & We do the fashion.’
C&A customers in the spotlight
Solution
We are placing C&A customers at the heart of the campaign, thereby providing the ultimate proof of concept for the new brand message, ‘You do you & We do the fashion.’ By setting up a photo studio in the flagship store, customers have the opportunity to have their photo taken professionally wearing the new outerwear collection. These photos will be displayed on digital out-of-home advertising spaces throughout Vienna in no time. As a reward, customers receive a voucher for the selected garment and the unique opportunity to become a testimonial for the latest C&A campaign.
Results
We are delighted to be supporting C&A in its transformation from a physical retailer to an omnichannel retailer. We want to position C&A as the most human-centric fashion brand on the national and international market and, in our role as strategic partner, help to drive forward C&A's growth plans.
