07.05.2025
Serviceplan Group has named Jan-Philipp Jahn as CEO of its German creative agencies, effective July 1, 2025. He will lead the business alongside Chief Creative Officer Till Diestel, Chief Strategy Officer Stefanie Kuhnhen, and CFO Holger Scharnofske. Jahn reports to Markus Noder, International CEO of Serviceplan Group, who oversees all global Serviceplan creative operations.
The appointment marks a return for Jahn, who previously held leadership roles at Serviceplan in China and the Middle East. Since leaving in 2019, he served as CEO of GREY Germany and most recently led McCann Worldgroup Germany. Jahn also sits on the board of Germany’s agency association GWA.
“Jan-Philipp brings a strong entrepreneurial mindset, deep client understanding, and passion for innovation,” said Florian Haller, CEO of Serviceplan Group. “He’s a perfect fit for our ÜberCreative culture.”
Jahn added: “I’m excited to return to Serviceplan — it’s a brand built on creativity and entrepreneurship. I look forward to reconnecting with former colleagues and shaping bold answers for brands in a challenging market.”
“Jan-Philipp and Till form a strong, modern leadership team for the German market,” said Markus Noder. “Germany is key to our business, and with this move, I’ll be focusing more on our international growth. We have big plans globally — and the right partners in place to make them happen.”
The Serviceplan brand unites all creative and content agencies within the Serviceplan Group. The client roster in Germany includes Lufthansa, Bitburger, ZDF, Techniker Krankenkasse, and Rügenwalder. The agency had its strongest award year in 2024, topping local and international creative rankings.
