As Commercial Director, Sladek will define and lead the commercial strategy of Mediaplus Prague, including services, pricing, and commercial conditions for the agency’s clients. He will build strong relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, auditors, and partner agencies, while also leading pitches from a commercial perspective and negotiating contracts to close high-value deals. His role will also include shaping and controlling commercial conditions across the agency’s client portfolio, leveraging scale and market opportunities to improve commercial delivery and maximize value for clients.

Sladek brings a unique combination of deep agency expertise, strong commercial acumen, and senior client-side leadership. He has more than 20 years of experience across media agencies and client-side marketing roles, starting his career in agencies including Starcom MediaVest Group, where he worked with local and international brands. He later gained client-side experience leading marketing and communication at Zdravotní pojišťovna OZP. His professional focus includes commercial strategy, business development, and building long-term relationships with key clients and strategic partners. He also has experience working on public procurement processes in cooperation with the AKA and is the recipient of industry awards, including FLEMA 2013 and Marketing - Malý delfín 2022.

Throughout his career, he has built a strong track record in negotiating high-value media contracts and optimizing commercial performance. He has also led cross-functional teams and overseen end-to-end campaign delivery for leading international brands. Combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution and deep market knowledge, he will play a key role in shaping how Mediaplus Prague approaches opportunities and maximizes value for clients across its portfolio.
