Tunde Dawkins has finished Gerrit Rietveld Academy in 2024. For Tunde Dawkins, art is both a question and an answer. Born into an artistic family, he grew up in a home where the living room also functioned as a studio. Although he did not initially imagine becoming an artist, art gradually became unavoidable.

His practice follows lines and forms until they reveal their own meaning, exploring chance, intuition, purpose, and the uncertainty of reality. Dawkins investigated whether luck can be objective, discovering traces of luck throughout his work. His art invites viewers to enter constructed worlds, lose themselves in them, and continue to question what reality might be.
