Digital transformation leader Soizic Sycamore joins Plan.Net UK as Managing Director to scale the business

Soizic will lead the growth of Plan.Net UK and support the rollout of Serviceplan’s House of Communications model in the UK.
Plan.Net UK, Serviceplan’s platform and experience-focused agency, has appointed Soizic Sycamore as Managing Director to drive the next phase of growth.
Soizic joins from Merkle, where as Client Partner VP she led a broad international client portfolio across brands like Groupe Seb, Clarins, and eBay / Marktplaats. She brings a wealth of experience in AI transformation and digital strategy, having held senior roles at Wunderman Thompson, Ogilvy, and Tullo Marshall Warren, as well as in-house experience at Sony.
Plan.Net UK works with clients to optimise customer experience, user experience, user interface and digital transformation. In her new role, Soizic will be responsible for growing the agency’s UK operations, supporting global business development, and helping clients access Serviceplan’s wider integrated capabilities. She will also play a key role in aligning the UK business with Serviceplan’s House of Communications model.
At Plan.Net, Soizic will lead a team of over 40 experts in the UK, with the backing of the agency’s global workforce of around 2,000 people across 25 locations. She will report to Thomas Laranjo, CEO of Serviceplan Group UK.
