The work behind the awards
Our Creative Work
“Nineteen Lions. Independent Network and Independent Agency of the Year. A record-breaking, historic moment for our Group. What moves me most is where the work came from: across continents, cultures, and teams that brought their full perspective to the table. The work reflects a creative reality we believe in - rooted in local relevance, elevated through global collaboration. When teams from Lima to Lagos, Hamburg to San Francisco unite around shared curiosity, the ideas cut through - and make a difference."

Promoting young talents
SPARK Academy & Young Lions
Not only did we celebrate award wins in Cannes – we also championed young talent through our Spark Academy. This year, 22 up-and-coming creatives from eight locations came together at our House of Communication in Cannes for the finale of our annual program.
Over the course of several inspiring days, they developed ideas for our client Rügenwalder Mühle in a collaborative ÜberJam and gained fresh perspectives through talks and panels. The Spark Academy once again provided a vibrant platform for exchange, learning and innovation – bringing together young talent from across the globe.
And to top it all off, two of our Young Lions teams proudly represented Germany on the international stage: Jil-Marielle Ihnen and Sofia Soto from our Group competed in the Media category, while Vira Ronkina and Vivien Katholing from Serviceplan NEO took on the Design challenge.
The Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity has championed creative excellence since 1954 and is the benchmark for creativity that drives progress worldwide. The 2025 edition took place in Cannes from 16 to 20 June.
