The agency Plan.Net Performance is delighted to introduce two new additions: Michael Neuner has come from Facebook and will be a Managing Director in Hamburg. Thomas Grabolle is joining as head of the SEA unit in Munich. He has come from Quisma.
Munich/Hamburg, 30 August 2018 — The agency Plan.Net Performance, which specialises in performance marketing, can look back on a successful financial year. We acquired new clients (including Bausparkasse Schwäbisch Hall and Datev AG) which led to a 20 percent increase in the team, now numbering 65 employees. As part of this, we managed to acquire two SEA specialists: Michael Neuner has started as a Managing Director at Plan.Net Performance in Hamburg. In this position, he will be responsible for consulting and incorporating performance marketing activities into the whole consumer journey in the marketing and media mix. As a data-driven performance marketing specialist, he will work with all clients at the Hamburg site, such as Cunard, DFL and Reckitt Benckiser. We have another new joiner in Munich: Thomas Grabolle will be head of the SEA unit. There, he will primarily act as a point of contact for clients like BMW/Mini, Datev, Hornbach, Medion and Targobank. His expertise will ensure efficient, cross-channel performance marketing and compelling brand communication, despite the increasing pace of technological development.
"In addition to its significance on Google, performance marketing on Facebook and Amazon is also becoming increasingly relevant to our clients' success," emphasises Thomas Gässler, CEO of Plan.Net Performance. "This is why we are particularly proud to have brought on board two such experienced people, who really understand these channels and the ways they can be used."
Michael Neuner was previously employed at Facebook as an agency partner for WPP. Prior to that, he spent 13 years working in SEA: in 2004 he founded admatics.com, a company specialising in search engine advertising with clients like ElitePartner and Thomas Cook. In addition to this, he spent ten years as managing director of Explido iProspect in the Dentsu Aegis network, where he was responsible for bought media, especially paid search, paid social, video and mobile advertising for clients like adidas, Beiersdorf, Mondelez, Philips and Thomas Cook.
Before he joined Plan.Net Performance, Thomas Grabolle was a senior account manager, team leader and eventually unit director at the performance agency Quisma GmbH, where he was responsible for various clients from the telecommunications, banking, insurance, fashion, software and technology sectors. For many years, he has also worked on several film productions as a producer and as a media advisor for Huckleberry Friends AG.
