Philipp Brunner appointed CFO of Plan.Net Group

Philipp Brunner has joined the Plan.Net Group as of November 1. After a transition period, he will succeed Dr Ingo Stein as Chief Financial Officer on January 1. Dr Stein will then assume responsibility for strategic transformation projects at group level. As CFO, Philipp Brunner is responsible for the overall financial management of all Plan.Net agencies, including the near- and offshore locations. He reports directly to Dr. Fabian Prüschenk, who oversees Finance & Operations globally within the Serviceplan Group Holding.

Munich, November 5, 2025 — In his new role, Philipp Brunner will play a key role in the strategic development of the Plan.Net Group. His responsibilities include developing, implementing, and optimizing commercial models, identifying new business opportunities through automation and AI, and creating transparent management tools for international delivery structures. His goal is to ensure the long-term financial sustainability and growth of the Plan.Net Group. Brunner will support the group's business strategy by driving digital innovation in finance and preparing the organization for future market requirements.

Philipp Brunner has many years of experience in senior roles in the digital and media industries. Most recently, he served as COO, Managing Director, and CFO at BurdaForward, and previously as CEO and COO of the media brand CHIP. Earlier in his career, he held positions at Vodafone Kabel Deutschland, Oliver Wyman, and Roland Berger Strategy Consultants.

Philipp Brunner succeeds Dr Ingo Stein, who has made a significant contribution to the restructuring, expansion and successful development of the Plan.Net Group over the past four years, strengthening its market position on a sustainable basis. His commitment, extensive experience across various financial areas, and technical expertise have had a lasting impact on Plan.Net's financial management and structural orientation. This includes the integration of the near- and offshore locations in India, Poland, Romania, and South Africa. After handing over his duties to Philipp Brunner, Dr Stein will assume responsibility for several transformation projects at group level and will continue to report to Dr Fabian Prüschenk.
