Through this whistleblower and complaint system, you have the opportunity to quickly and easily report concerns about misconduct, whether related to our company or the well-being of employees and third parties. Additionally, the system provides a platform for submitting complaints under the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act.
Your active participation through reports and complaints plays a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our company while ensuring we comply with laws, especially the obligations under the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act. The active participation of all parties helps us ensure a transparent and compliant supply chain.
It is important to emphasize that using this whistleblower system comes with the responsibility of providing truthful and factual information. Baseless accusations should be avoided, and the deliberate reporting of false information is strictly prohibited.
Confidentiality is our top priority, and we appreciate your openness and cooperation in maintaining a safe work environment. You have the option to submit reports anonymously to protect your identity. However, in some cases, it is necessary to ask follow-up questions for the effective investigation of the matter. We assure you that these questions are solely for the purpose of clarifying the facts and that your anonymity will be respected.
Whistleblowers and complainants need not fear any sanctions due to their report. Your cooperation significantly contributes to uncovering grievances and promoting positive changes. Reports can be submitted through various channels to allow you to choose your preferred medium. Use our online reporting channel and secure mailbox for a quick and easy submission of your concerns.
