TWELVE Mail: Florian, Serviceplan Group has closed the 2024/2025 financial year with record results. What’s the secret behind this success?
Florian Haller: It truly was an extraordinary year. Despite global uncertainties, we achieved a six percent increase in revenue. For me, this result is above all a reflection of our shared spirit: we boldly embraced creativity, innovation and internationalization – always with a clear focus on creating value for our clients. It proves that our mindset, #TogetherWeAreUnlimited, isn’t just a slogan – it’s lived reality across all disciplines in our Houses of Communication worldwide.
TWELVE Mail: You mention creativity as a key driver of success – how does that show in practice?
Florian Haller: Creatively speaking, it’s been our strongest and most rewarding year yet. We have been recognized at just about every major international awards show, winning 19 Lions at the Cannes Lions Festival, and were named “Independent Agency of the Year”, “Independent Network of the Year” and one of Fast Company’s “World’s Most Innovative Companies”. That’s not only a testament to our creative excellence, but also to the trust our clients around the world place in us.
TWELVE Mail: Another big topic is Artificial Intelligence. How significantly is AI changing your work?
Florian Haller: Fundamentally. With our “House of AI” initiative, we’ve built a group-wide ecosystem that seamlessly integrates AI solutions into processes, campaigns and media. This year, we also launched Sōkosumi, our AI marketplace that gives businesses easy, secure and EU AI Act-compliant access to intelligent agent systems. Another major milestone is our Global Data Hub, which connects client systems with real-time data across 25 countries. For us, AI isn’t a buzzword – it’s about delivering real value and better outcomes for our clients.
TWELVE Mail: And what about internationalization?
Florian Haller: We are continuing to pursue our global expansion strategy with focus and determination. A key project is the development of our House of Communication in London, which gained further momentum with the integration of Total Media as Mediaplus UK. In 2025/2026, we aim to establish a fully integrated House of Communication there, including a leading creative agency. London is a strategic location – and a strong signal of our international ambitions.
TWELVE Mail: What are your expectations for the coming business year?
Florian Haller: We remain cautiously optimistic. The world is complex, but we are well-prepared to respond with resilience and intelligence. Our priorities are strengthening our global media agency network, integrating AI even more deeply into daily operations, and securing operational excellence. It’s not about the next record-breaking leap – it’s about sustainable stability: creative, technological and strategic.
TWELVE Mail: Your conclusion?
Florian Haller: I’m incredibly proud of what our team has accomplished. Without the passion and trust of our partners, clients and colleagues worldwide, this success would not have been possible. The future demands creativity with substance and technological intelligence more than ever – and that’s exactly what we’re working on with full dedication. Together. Boldly. Future-focused.
