Reimagining a holiday classic with AI automation​

Challenge

Coca-Cola wanted to reimagine its iconic “Holidays Are Coming” campaign using AI, challenging us to recreate the beloved holiday spot with just 20% of the typical budget and in only eight weeks. The task involved not only matching the nostalgia and quality of the original but also creating over 100 versions tailored to 24 key global markets. Traditionally, such a campaign would require large production teams, long timelines, and significant resources. Our challenge was to prove that advanced technology and creativity could deliver world-class results faster, smarter, and at a fraction of the usual cost.

Extending the magic across markets globally​

Solution

By leveraging proprietary generative AI workflows, we trained models on past Coca-Cola assets and enabled rapid rendering of thousands of frames, accelerating every stage from scripting to final edit. This approach reduced production costs by 80% and sped up delivery by 90%, all while enabling seamless collaboration across markets. The campaign achieved over 7 billion media impressions in its first week. Most importantly, we preserved the classic’s nostalgic spirit, showing how innovative technology can elevate and modernize even the world’s most cherished brand stories.​
