The Plan.Net Group expands its site in the cathedral city with a well-established duo: Willi Kaiser and Jens Krahe complement the portfolio of the Cologne House of Communication with an agency specialising in Digital Brand Experience. Both come from Cocomore AG and previously worked for People Interactive (now Valtech).
Cologne, 6 June 2019 — The Plan.Net Group strengthens its commitment to its Cologne loaction and founds Plan.Net Cologne. The agency's focus is on all facets of the digital, experience and content strategy. In particular, companies in Cologne will be advised to offer a user-centered experience in the future, both in terms of the product and in communication across all digital touchpoints, in order to provide users with an optimal customer experience. For this purpose, individual, user-oriented solutions are developed and, if necessary, compiled as a prototype together with the customer at an early stage. Willi Kaiser acts as Managing Director, who will take care of the establishment and integration of the new agency in the Cologne House of Communication as well as new business and the further expansion of the agency. Jens Krahe will be acting as Managing Director of the Creation and Technology area, who is responsible for the areas of Experience Design, Strategy and Prototyping. A gradual expansion of the team is already planned for the coming months, with a total of eight people to be working for Plan.Net Cologne by September.
"Customers move individually and no longer linearly through a predefined journey," explains Jens Krahe. "Nowadays, digital touchpoints have to meet a variety of needs: simple use, communication platform, personalisation, sales platform or service point." His partner, Willi Kaiser, adds: "Today, digital transformation no longer means the mere introduction of SAP for the digitisation of processes. Employees and customers are also used to solving complex tasks with simple applications that use mobile devices. Our goal is to reduce the complexity through user-centered processes in Experience Design and to make the technology behind it invisible and therefore a matter of course in daily use."

Customers already managed by Krahe and Kaiser include Bosch, Deutsche Telekom, Lufthansa, Miele and Nestlé.
"The Cologne location is ideal for the growth of the Group, also because we have a great foundation for the expansion of the digital business field with the House of Communication", said Manfred Klaus, Managing Director and Partner of the Plan.Net Group. "With Willi Kaiser and Jens Krahe we have gained a well-established team that supports us from the centre of Germany to develop seamless customer experiences for our customers."
