Mediaplus International appoints Uwe Roschmann as Managing Director

Effective March 1, Uwe Roschmann joins the management team of the Mediaplus Group. As Managing Director at Mediaplus International, Roschmann will be responsible for the agency group’s international expansion and global new business, reporting directly to Global CEO Matthias Brüll.
Munich, March 9, 2026 — Mediaplus is strengthening its leadership team with a new high-profile appointment: Since March, Uwe Roschmann has been leading Mediaplus International alongside Managing Partner Barbara Evans. The agency serves clients such as HORNBACH, E.ON and Siemens AG across multiple markets. In his role as Managing Director, the economics graduate is responsible for the agency’s strategic direction and international growth. His focus is on providing holistic consulting for clients worldwide, strengthening interdisciplinary teams and expanding the agency’s service offering across markets.

Most recently, Roschmann served as Managing Director Germany for international projects and clients at Omnicom Media Group. The 41-year-old previously also held the title of Managing Director at Publicis. There, he helped build the customized agency iBeauty for L’Oréal, combining creative, media and technology in an integrated model, and supported the relaunch of the digital full-service agency Digitas. Throughout his career, the experienced media expert has worked with major clients across a range of industries, including Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen, Novartis and Telefónica o2. His focus has been on the digital and recently increasingly AI-driven transformation, targeted development of talent and on integrated communications consulting across the entire customer journey.
