Mediaplus Performance Launches Global Media Partnership with ZEISS Research Microscopy Solutions
Mediaplus Performance has been appointed to lead global performance media activities for ZEISS Research Microscopy Solutions (RMS), a subsidiary of Carl Zeiss AG and a provider of light, electron, and X-ray microscopy systems. The partnership focuses on digital lead generation.
Munich, May 26, 2026 – ZEISS Research Microscopy Solutions (RMS) develops microscopy solutions for research, industrial and clinical applications. To make its international digital marketing activities in a complex B2B environment more measurable and scalable, the company has selected Mediaplus Performance as its new media agency.
The collaboration began with a joint workshop and audit process aimed at advancing existing marketing activities.
Building on this foundation, Mediaplus is now systematically integrating digital channels into ZEISS RMS’s global marketing strategy. The agency team evaluates channels based on their contribution to lead quality and lead volume, creating a framework for comparing and optimizing campaigns across markets. The primary focus areas include search engine advertising (SEA) and social media.
Mediaplus Performance manages campaigns centrally from its Munich headquarters in close coordination with both the ZEISS RMS headquarters team and regional teams. Campaigns are being implemented across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM in approximately 20 countries, including Italy, South Korea, and Brazil. A centralized reporting dashboard serves as the foundation for ongoing analysis and campaign management across all markets.
“Together with Mediaplus Performance, we are further developing our digital lead generation capabilities and creating a solid foundation for international campaigns. The combination of centralized management and transparent reporting helps us better understand and compare the impact of our activities while allocating budgets more effectively,” says Theresa Schatt, Head of Global Marketing Communications at ZEISS RMS.
The campaigns target decision-makers and project leads in research and industry who are responsible for selecting, implementing, and evaluating advanced microscopy solutions, as well as opinion leaders shaping technological standards within their respective fields.
“From the very beginning, our partnership with the ZEISS RMS team has been highly collaborative. This allowed us to define clear priorities early on, especially regarding highly specific target audiences and the effective use of relevant data. This ensures that the leads generated stand out not only in quantity, but above all in quality,” says Florian Berger, Managing Director at Mediaplus Performance.
The partnership began earlier this year and is designed as a long-term collaboration.
