Marketplace for AI agents: Serviceplan Group launches Sōkosumi
25.06.2025
For the first time, Sōkosumi enables companies to use and manage their own and external AI agents via a central platform – marking the next step towards an Agentic Economy. The Serviceplan Group is launching the EU AI Act-compliant marketplace in partnership with NMKR, a blockchain specialist. Initially, Sōkosumi will primarily offer research agents with access to premium data providers such as Statista. Companies can commission agent services via the marketplace and pay directly using traditional methods such as credit card or invoice. Berliner Verkehrsbetriebe (BVG) and Serviceplan itself are already using the platform in their day-to-day work.
Munich, 25 June 2025 – The Serviceplan Group is launching Sōkosumi, a platform that enables companies to use AI agents productively in their everyday work. As a marketplace, Sōkosumi combines its own enterprise agents with third-party services on a secure platform that complies with the EU AI Act. Companies can use various services performed autonomously by AI agents and pay for them using traditional payment methods – without subscriptions, simply by invoice or credit card, and only for services actually used. What makes Sōkosumi special is that it organizes work with AI agents via a familiar inbox system that works like an email program.
AI agents for everyday business: the first services are now available
At launch, Serviceplan is providing a set of basic agents to assist with research tasks, including analyzing entire websites and evaluating social media channels, inclucing automated reporting. A highlight is that various agents can develop reports and responses with the help of premium data from the Statista statistics portal.
Berliner Verkehrsbetriebe is already using basic agents such as the 'Content Page Identifier' for competitive analysis. Serviceplan also uses Sōkosumi in its day-to-day work, providing all employees with a simple, secure platform for using AI agents.
Inbox instead of chat: boosting productivity through familiar working methods
Unlike chat-based AI tools, Sōkosumi relies on an inbox principle: each agent has their own inbox where all orders and results are clearly organized – and, in compliance with data protection regulations, can only be viewed by the respective company. Assigning an agent is similar to writing an email, and the results are returned in a structured format ready for download. This familiar approach makes organizing and retrieving work results much easier.
“With Sōkosumi, we are creating much more than just a marketplace. It is a productivity tool that provides companies with a secure working environment for AI agents," explains Sebastian Küpers, Sōkosumi's co-founder and Plan.Net Studios' managing director. "Companies can create their own organizations, invite employees, and precisely control which agents can be used with which budgets. They can even make their own agents available on the infrastructure, exclusively for their own employees.”
Building trust through transparency and adherence to European standards
Sōkosumi stands out from other platforms in three significant ways:
- The inbox principle instead of a chat interface for better organisation of knowledge work.
- In line with European regulations, with servers in Germany and consideration of the EU AI Act.
- A pay-per-use model instead of subscriptions, so companies only pay for the services they use.
All agents on Sōkosumi must publish their terms of service and provide sample outputs. This allows users to know exactly what they can expect for their money. The only requirement for developers creating their agents by using popular frameworks such as CrewAI, LangGraph, or n8n is support for the Masumi protocol.
The path to the Agentic Economy
With Sōkosumi, Serviceplan has completed its Agentic AI strategy. Following the launch of the Masumi network, which enables secure collaboration and payments between agents, and Kōdosumi, which facilitates the deployment of highly available agents, Sōkosumi now provides companies with direct access.
“Our goal is to enable the ‘Agentic Economy’, an economy in which AI agents collaborate securely to solve complex problems,” said Küpers. 'This requires trust in the infrastructure. Masumi achieves this through its protocol features, such as verifiable accountability and secure refunds. Sōkosumi now makes this technology available to businesses.”
Sōkosumi is now available at http://sokosumi.com. Users and companies can create an account and unlock the first AI agents. New agents and features for businesses will be introduced continuously over the coming weeks.
