New Business Through Data: Unlocking Growth

For many companies, data is mainly a lever for efficiency – yet its potential to open up new business fields and additional revenue streams often goes untapped. Moving from faster reporting to real growth only works when data expertise and entrepreneurial thinking come together. Ann-Catherine illustrates, with examples from international client projects, how data-driven insights turn into new offerings, revenue models and measurable growth – and what role data-driven products play as a growth lever.

Data Sovereignty & Governance: Trust When Scaling AI Globally

Anyone deploying AI across many markets quickly loses control over data sources, traceability and data sovereignty. For international brands in particular, this control often matters more than any single AI feature, because without it, the trust of clients, markets and stakeholders is missing. Ann-Catherine shares insights into dedicated environments and auditable logic instead of a black box, which let AI scale while first-party data and governance remain fully with the client.

Global Data Strategy: Standardization and Local Flexibility

International brands need consistent data standards without losing the flexibility of individual markets – a balancing act that determines the success of global campaigns. Central guidelines create consistency, local leeway secures relevance; playing the two off against each other leads to a dead end. Ann-Catherine explains, drawing on hands-on experience centralizing agency structures across multiple markets, how a global data architecture can be combined with local adaptation – and where such transformations often fail in execution.
