Arnd Schulte-Hense Appointed Managing Director at Plan.Net Group
Plan.Net Group strengthens its management team: Since September 1, 2026, Arnd Schulte-Hense has been responsible for Operations & Delivery as Managing Director. In his new role, he reports directly to Christian Schmitz, CEO of Plan.Net Group
Munich, 8 October 2026 – In his new role as Managing Director Operations & Delivery, Schulte-Hense is building an AI-first delivery organization that serves as the central operational interface for clients. His responsibilities include standardizing processes and interfaces, expanding automation and data-driven management, and strengthening collaboration between onshore, nearshore, and offshore teams. In addition, Schulte-Hense contributes his delivery expertise to the development of new client solutions, ensuring that new offerings are scalable and executable from the outset. The long-term goal is to extend this model across Plan.Net International
Schulte-Hense joins from DEPT®, an international agency with approximately 4,000 employees. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Delivery & Partner, overseeing delivery across the Experience and Engineering divisions in the DACH region. Previously, he held the position of Vice President of Clients & Partner. A graduate in Media Design, he brings extensive experience in managing integrated client relationships and scalable delivery structures.
